Level 2 - Intermediate Certificate
Is intended for those aspiring to a Chief Steward/Stewardess position or anyone who wishes to deepen their knowledge of wine and other alchoholic beverages.
It is an intensive course lasting three days.
The syllabus includes topics such as the key wine-producing areas of the world, grape varieties,label terminology,
professional tasting of a large selection of international quality wines and food and drink matching.
The price is €650.00 including examination fee and study pack.

Level 3 - Advanced Certificate
This course lasts five days and it is a very intense, informative and in-depth wine course.
It is strongly recommended to have done the Intermediate Certificate before or have the same level of experience.
During the 5 days you will taste 100 wines, go through wine making and viticulture, classification systems, regions, more grape varieties and much more.
This course really gives you a good base in the world of wine and you will be able to advice and recommend wines to your clients with great confidence.
